These terms govern your use of the BYD Education website and services.

Counselling services

BYD Education provides MBBS-abroad counselling and admission-processing services. We do not guarantee admission, visa, or final outcomes — but we commit to our fullest professional best efforts.

Fees

All fees are quoted in INR and are non-refundable once processing has commenced, except as required by law.

Student responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete information and documents
• Meet eligibility criteria (NEET qualifying, age, marks)
• Maintain valid passport and travel documents
• Comply with all host-country laws and university regulations

Limitation of liability

BYD Education's liability is limited to the consultancy fee paid. We are not liable for outcomes outside our reasonable control (visa rejections by foreign embassies, government policy changes, etc.).

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Jurisdiction lies with the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
